FoodShare: Albury Wodonga muslims celebrated Eid-ul-Adha on August 12, 2019. As part of their religious obligation they have donated about 50kg of meat to FoodShare who will cook and distribute this meat to homeless and needy people of the local community. Mr Peter from FoodShare is collecting meat.

 

Mosque Access: Due to security reasons, mosque is only opened during prayer times. For access at other times please call a local brother.

Jummah Prayer: Jummah Prayer starts at 1:30pm every Friday at the Albury Mosque.

​

Mosque Construction: Final construction plan/design has already been approved by Albury City Council.  We are collecting funds to start building the mosque. Financial support from all Muslims is highly appreciated.

Donations

 

Islamic Society of Albury Wodonga (ISAW) depends heavily on donations to cover expenses such as operational costs and much needed NEW MOSQUE.

Operational costs include water and electricity bills, cleaning and maintenance.

Construction of New Mosque is about to commence.This will be the FIRST mosque on Hume Freeway between Melbourne and Sydney. Your generous donations for this great cause will be highly appreciated.

ISAW is a registered charity. All our financial statements are made public and can be found easily on the The Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission website under "Islamic Society of Albury Wodonga".
